Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern the sale and distribution of Chill ZoneX air conditioners within Pakistan. By becoming an authorized dealer or distributor, you agree to comply with these policies.

Dealer Appointment & Authorization

  • Dealers are authorized to sell and promote our ACs within a specified territory.
  • No exclusivity is granted unless explicitly mentioned.
  • Selling counterfeit or competing brands without approval is strictly prohibited.

Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Dealers must adhere to the recommended retail prices provided by us.
  • Payment terms may include advance payments, bank guarantees, or a 30-90 day credit facility.
  • Late payments may result in penalties or suspension of supply.

Order & Supply Conditions

  • Orders must meet the minimum order quantity (MOQ) set by the manufacturer.
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject orders based on stock availability.
  • Delivery schedules and logistics responsibilities are predefined.

Warranty & After-Sales Service

  • Dealers must comply with our warranty and service guidelines.
  • Repairs and maintenance must be handled by trained technical staff.
  • Only genuine spare parts supplied by us can be used.

Stock Management & Returns

  • Dealers must maintain sufficient stock to meet demand.
  • Return policies for defective units are subject to manufacturer approval.
  • Mishandled or damaged units by dealers are not eligible for returns.

Performance Evaluation

  • Dealers must meet the minimum sales targets set by us.
  • Consistently failing to meet targets may result in contract termination or reevaluation.

Termination & Breach of Agreement

  • The manufacturer reserves the right to terminate agreements in case of non-compliance or underperformance.
  • Terminated dealers must return or dispose of unsold stock as per manufacturer instructions.

Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes will be resolved through negotiation, arbitration, or legal proceedings within Pakistan’s jurisdiction.
