Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original invoice.
  • Only defective or damaged products are eligible for return.
  • Returns due to customer dissatisfaction are not accepted unless the product is proven faulty.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued only if the product cannot be repaired or replaced.
  • Processing time for refunds may take up to 14 business days.
  • Refunds are provided through the original payment method.

Exclusions

  • Products damaged due to improper installation or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for returns.
  • Items purchased under promotional offers or clearance sales are non-refundable.
